I have reverted this import. Please follow the import rules next time. The best way for newbies to learn that there are rules is to enforce them. If you want to re-import the data, fix it up before importing, not after. Thank you.

I don't think this edit was a good idea. Why replace the Baffin Bay node with a made-up area way? Just to make it show up on zoom level 2 (as of this writing, the only label to show on zoom 2 at all)?

67225940

Why did you change the "ele" value on node/67225940 but not consider removing the useless "time" tag at the same time? Is it possible that this is an automated edit where you didn't really look at each object you changed? In that case, where's the documentation & prior discussion please?

67107592

I am reverting this changeset for lack of previous discussion and adding a lot of buggy (and hence useless) tags. Please consult osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines for instructions on how to do proper imports.

67412785

DWG has reverted this import after receiving a complaint. Since edits made with this account were generally sensible in the past, I assume it must have been some kind of error condition that led to this large import. Please fix your process by adding suitable safeguards (like "if number of objects to create > 100 then issue warning to operator" or so).

Here's another example of how mechanical edits can go wrong. This island was renamed "Pitchfork Union Island" by a vandal, and the mismatch between name and wikipedia tags would have been obvious to anyone who really looks at it, but you (Aleks) came round and modified the Wikipedia tag in some sort of automated process without even looking at the object. I have asked you several times already not to perform such mechanical edits. Please stop running your "fix wikipedia format" automatism, or any other automatisms or semi-automatisms that you might be inclined to run, or your account will be blocked and your edits will be reverted.

Dear Mark Jayzee, can you explain what made you add the "Republic of Molossia" in this changeset? I had to remove it because it was clearly fictional. Do I have to remove all your other edits as well or are your other edits legitimate?

64627574

Hello bobmallard, I have reverted these fictional objects.

60541026

Dear MultuDavid2001b, plesae explain what made you add these fictional "Molassia" items in this changeset. I had to remove them from OpenStreetMap; are your other edits also totally made-up and need to be removed?

49645199

Dear Finono, please explain what made you add these fictional "Molassia" items to the map. I had to delete these contributions. Are your other contributions to the map equally fictional and require deletion?

Kormi2003kutyA, in this changeset you drew the words "bambli hozzam josz?" onto the map using highway=path as a "pen". Why did you do this? Are you aware of the fact that this is a map used by millions? Please take your work on OpenStreetMap seriously. Jokes like that will make people question the validity of your other edits as well.

"xy" is not a useful changeset comment. See osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments for an explanation why it is important to use this feature.

Hello Kormi2003kutyA. Changeset comments are there so that other mappers can quickly and easily understand what your changes are about. You might find it a harmless joke to write everything back-to-front but it is an annoyance for others. Please don't do it.

What are "asd fixes"?
