You are uploading data in violation of the data import policies, and your expectation that the data you upload is not modified or edited by others is incompatible with the way OpenStreetMap works.

Yes they should. We know nothing about the source - it is claimed that there's some community project - but the data suffers from geometry anomalies and bad tagging and the import hasn't been discussed. I am deleting the data now and have asked PC10 to discuss any further plans on the imports list.

This data is buggy. It does not match available imagery and has strange tracing artifacts. Do not upload more of this data. Discuss it in the imports list and seek help in attaining a proper process.
