It's a typo. Should be "start_date=C17". (typo corrected by another user, thanks)
The meaning is "built during the 17th century" (see start_date=*)

Ich verstehe nicht, warum tie Tatsache, dass zwei Behinderten-Parkplaete vorhanden sind nicht mit dem ueblichen und von JOSM unterstuetzten tag "capacity:disabled", sondern mit "wheelchair:description=x Behindertenparkplätze vorhanden" getagged ist. Dies betrifft moeglicherweise eine ganze Reihe von Parkplaetzen in Deutschland. Auch das tag "toilets:wheelchair=no" ist nicht sinnvoll an einem Supermarkt-Parkplatz, and dem gar keine Toilette vorhanden ist.

Ho scoperto per caso una discrepanza di numero civico (node: 3764971560). Sulla mappa è civico 48, ma il ristorante lì, "Al Vwecio Mulin", dice che sono al civico 66.

Buildings in this changeset are generally shifted in position by about 4m in direction north with resect to PCN2006 photos. In addition the contents was already considerably out of date when imported. An example: way/130024210 was imported in 2011 and shows a previous industrial building. PCN2006 (!) photos show already the new buildings which are there now.

This tree import seems to be based on unsuitable data. You have sprinkles the landscape with the occasional tree, but clearly visible tree rows are missing. Please check the source data. I also notice that this import seems not to be reported on the Lombardia import pages (osm.wiki/Lombardia_ToDo#Database_topografico_.282014.29)

Typo corrected. The northwestern part of Via Fanti is bidirectional, hence "oneway=no". The remaining part is "oneway=yes"

This import is low quality. Position errors througout. Many false retaining walls. Trees are incomplete and also wrong. Tree rows are missing (look at Bevilacqua)

Be careful when armchair mapping. Way 74799058 is a water or gas pipeline, not a foot bridge. Also the connecting paths are fantasy.
