Incidentally, I found the aerial photographs of Hennepin County (2024) under ID. The building being constructed there is significantly smaller (but similar in shape) and only just reaches the lake. If you agree (just to avoid unnecessary changes), I suggest marking the building according to the aerial photograph mentioned and deleting the roads accordingly.
