There is no reason not to add a corresponding message under the key note. However, such information is not read by map users (especially routing software).
The decisive solution is that the access road from the neighbour is now marked. After some time (not all software updates its database daily), routing should go via the new access road.
Thank you for pointing out such routing problems.

Our database clearly states that this access road may only be used with permission (access=private).
But laziness always finds shortcuts, whether they are permitted or not. Only a fence or water can help here.
