Thanks. My primary concern is that I cannot route using the ferry to bainbridge island even if ferry and toll options are enabled.
I'll proceed with removing the toll tag without replacement for now.

What was the intention of setting toll=yes on this ferry route. If it was to indicate that there is a fare to use this ferry, would it make sense to then use the fee=true property instead.
At the moment, any routing between seattle downtown and bainbridge ferry terminal is leading to alternate routes, and osrm is not routing using the seattle-bainbridge ferry route even with tolls enabled.
