HI, this change seem to have been copied from http://www.flintshire.gov.uk/en/pdffiles/tourism/flintshire-leisure-tour.pdf, did you obtain written permission to use this data as stated in the copyright notice within the document?
Also the maps within it are 'Crown Copyright' meaning we absolutely cannot use any data within them.

I believe this changeset should be reverted.

Please do not copy other maps, they are copyright and we do not have permission to use them. Besides bing and google have their own way of classifying roads, the OSM method for the UK is defined in the wiki.
I am 100% sure that the Leicester ring road, and A50 are still trunk as I was there less than 2 weeks ago.

Hi, what is the source of these reference numbers, and do you have permisson to use them?
Also I assume they are not verifiable on the ground so should be in admin_ref rather than ref. A satnav telling a driver to turn left into UX2 will be both confusing and annoying.
