The name 'bus stop shelter' sounds more like a description , unless the shelter has a sign.

The gate appear to be connected to 4 path/tracks. This cannot be right.
The paths need to be split to indicate which can be accessed either side of the gate. The very long steps also seem unlikely.

The single residential area could be surveyed and split up. There are churches, shops and pubs that I can see which do not belong under landuse=residential

In that case is there a reason you did not connect it?
For routing software to be able to navigate this road it needs connectivity with the surrounding road network.
It would also be useful to map the gates with appropriate access tags, who is allowed to pass through the gates, i.e. all pedestrians, residents motor_vehicles

This change looks wrong.
A track has been added intersecting with Rectory Road.
The track has been tagged access=no, despite it connecting to a bridleway.

Is this really just called 'Health Centre'? I would expect a lttle more.

In what way is the path no longer accessible?

If it is private it should be tagged as such, not removed.

It should only be removed it it physically no longer exists.
