Hi, this edit has gone a little wrong. There is no need for this turn restriction as Haddon Street is one way, which is missing.

The signage indicating this can be clearly seen in https://www.mapillary.com/map/im/UhNevLllkMZQe1V2Lq6W_g

Both one way arrow and no entry signs can be seen. The correct action here is to revert this change and simply retag Haddon Street as oneway.

Signage futther up also indicates that Bakewell Road is also oneway (no entry sign can be seen ).

Hi, this edit is wrong. The road was already correctly tagged as private. Why have you changed it?

Tagging it as destination is wrong, that implies it can be used by anyone who wants access it, just not use it as a through route.

Please restore the correct tagging.

Hi, please keep your changesets to sensible areas. Please save your changes before you move to another area as a large polygon makes it difficult for local mappers to spot changes in their area.
Also please use meaningful changeset comments that describe what you are changing or adding.

Hi, thank you for your edit however please could you add sensible information regarding barriers. Please add what the barrier is, barrier=yes is meaningless.

Hi, welcome to OSM.
Thank you for your edit, however a tunnel through a building should be mapped as tunnel=building_passage and as it is at ground level it is not level=-1.

Hi, please can you keep you changesets to sensible areas. This changeset has changes near both Newark and Ealing, this make it very difficult for local mappers to review your changes. In future please save and close changes before moving to other areas.

Copying from the website is a breach of copyright, we must not do this. The website conditions clearly state that you can use the information for 'your personal use only'.
I am reverting this changeset.

The strength of OSM is local mappers exploring and surveying their local area and sharing that information.

Please continue to map, but please do not simply copy from websites or other maps.

Hi, just wondering what the source of this edit is?
Have you been there in order to confirm that it is wheelchair accessible, has wifi, does takeaways or accepts reservations?

Kegworth has always had Derby postcodes (as has Castle Donnington), LE12 is rural Loughborough.
Some years back I spent a lot of time carving out which Derby postcodes were in North West Leicestershire.

The way is tagged as a path, which implies that it is too narrow for a car so car routing is not an issue. No router should send a car along a path.
You can however add foot=yes/bicycle=yes/horse=yes.

Diolch/thank you for your edit.
You do need to add tags to describe what the objects you are adding are, in this case you need to add shop=butchers. Also the word butchers is unlikely to appear in the name.

Access=no seems to have been left from the previous bridge, this should be removed as I am sure the ford is not legally closed.

I have been using operator for different co-op societies.
The distinction has become important, in the past the societies have kept to their areas. My area is Mid-Counties however recently The Co-operative Group have been setting up in the area, the cashiers will refuse dividend cards from other societies so when choosing a co-op it is important to be able to select the right operator.

Hi, this is a motorway service area. It is a little unlikely that there will be supermarket here. The mapper who added this will have mapped what they saw.
Please do not take the name suggestion index literally as this devalues the contributions of local mappers.

Hi, some of the mistakes you that this a mechanical edit in an area where you have no local knowledge of the changes that you are making and are just guessing based on the name suggestion index. This is not OK. OpenStreetMap is a map created by local knowledge; if you just add guesses then you are devaluing the hard work of all the other mappers who have contributed to OSM.

For example you have added wikidata tags for https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tesco_Corporation to the Tesco petrol station, which is clearly an error. Especially since you managed to add the correct tags to the corresponding supermarket.

You have changed the cuisine for Frankie and Bennie's to cuisine=italian, this is clearly wrong to anyone who has visited one. The wikipedia page you added clearly says that it is a chain of Italian-American-themed restaurants.

This Greggs is a cafe, it has seating and you can sit inside and drink coffee. Some outlets are fast food but nobody considers Greggs a bakery.

The name suggestion index is still in its infancy, there are a lot of errors and it relies on mappers with local knowledge to look at these suggestions and get them corrected. They are certainly not ready for blind armchair edits.

Hi, please could you spit your changes into sensible areas. This has changes in both France and UK, such a large area makes it difficult for mappers to spot changes in their areas.

Hi Tim, when adding brand:wikipedia tags in countries where the language is not English, would it not be more respectful to be pointing at the wikipedia page for that language, rather than English?

Thank you, I will restore the tags.
