I think pedestrian signals should not use traffic_signals=signals but traffic_signals=pedestrian_crossing as per traffic_signals=*

To get the + symbol on a mobile device numeric keypad you may need to do a LONG press on the zero.

I have placed the unit numbers under the addr:unit key. Are there actually multiple units at each location (ie unit 1 seems to be missing at each site)?

No worries - Osmose has lots of 'warnings/errors' that are often false so just be careful when dealing with them.

Both are acceptable and each have a suitable tagging scheme. In this case you just deleted the parking altogether.

Why did you delete the parking areas at the Hobart waterfront?

FYI - When entering the state in an address the preferred format is uppercase and abbreviated (ie QLD).
