Needs survey: is this a marked four-lane road all the way from Wagon Road to Airline Drive?

This can't be Imperial Valley Drive, as that road runs (roughly) parallel approximately 350-400 feet to the east.

Is the 54 Emporium still in business? Web searches do not seem to return a result that confirms either way.
