1. Changeset comments are nofollow. All you did with that rubbish/ad copy was wave a huge red flag with the words "I'm spamming" on it.
2. Street addresses are not abbreviated on OSM, we spell out the full street name i.e. "West 41st Street"
3. opening_hours has a specific format (intended to be both human- and machine-readable) clearly documented on the wiki and visible by example on e.g. the Kroger or Petsmart on West 43rd Street among others.

For future edits please do not glue park boundaries to roads. This makes edits to those roads much more difficult and, since parks normally do not stretch out to the centerline of the road, this is also factually incorrect.

Yes, I switch to single object uploads to fill out change sets. I noticed the 10001 object count but didn't think much of it.

Due to a JOSM bug it was reduced to Bing only

It was probably assumed to be a mechanical edit just because of the size. If these were actually done by hand, you should be fine. Ordinarily I would object to the large bounding box but for an edit like this it's difficult to avoid without splitting into multiple changesets.

Please be more mindful of placement tags when editing road segments that have them. There is a JOSM map paint style "Lane and road attributes" which will show the effect of placement and turn:lanes values.

For future reference please note the following when adding new items:

1. Phone number should be in international (ITU-T E.164) format (i.e. +1 713 555 5555 or similar)
2. addr:street is for the street name only and should not be abbreviated. The number goes in addr:housenumber.
3. "Country" is not a standard key.
4. opening_hours has a specific format as described in <osm.wiki/wiki/key:opening_hours> intended to be both human- and machine-readable. It is not freeform or "anything goes".

What is your source for this? HCAD data has most of the addresses listed as West Bellfort Street. TIGER Roads 2022 also has Street.
