Not a single int_name is correct. Instead of copying the street sign, the user has made literal translation from Greek to English. We must make a new survey because everything is wrong.

τα ονόματα μπαίνουν ως name, αν η επιγραφή είναι μόνο με 1 αλφάβητο. Σε περίπτωση που υπάρχει διπλό αλφάβητο, μπορείς να τα βάλεις name και int_name. Το name:el δεν χρησιμοποιείται πια στην Ελλάδα, εξακολουθούμε να το χρησιμοποιοούμε στο Εξωτερικό πχ name:el=Πρεσβία Ελλάδος στην Αυστραλία.

Καλησπέρα, βάσει νόμου όλες οι επιχειρήσεις υποχρεούνται να δέχονται πιστωτικές κάρτες, ως εκ τούτου δεν χρειάζονται τα συγκεκριμένα tags στην Ελλάδα.
Το συγκεκριμένο είναι χρήσιμο όπου τα καταστήματα δεν υποχρεούνται να τις δέχονται.

The tag is not incorrect, but it's redundant when it's on a 1-way street. The consumers will work correctly even without this redundant tag.

Also, I found too many cases where it was facing the wrong direction of the 1-way street. It's better not to put it at all, unless the traffic goes both ways.
