I noticed that you changed the tag for the bust of Христо Ботев (and maybe others) from historic=memorial to historic=monument. According to the wiki (historic=monument), a monument is "especially large" (like a building). I think the memorial tag is more appropriate here.

If it has a name also in latin script, it should be added as int_name=* Please avoid using descriptive names: amenity=restaurant already tells that it's a restaurant, so that should not be repeated in the name= It calls itself "Russian Restaurant", so cuisine=russian. Where do you get your information about the payment methods you added?

I did most of this with StreetComplete, and the main issue was that often quest pins of shops on different floors overlap and you have to go up/downstairs a lot... but it's a nice place to survey on a rainy day!

Please note that there is no longer a pedestrian crossing on the east side of the Nikola Vaptsarov - Atanas Dukov junction. I removed it a few months ago, but you added it again. I also think highway=pedestrian + area=yes should not be used unless the surface is significantly wider than a normal path (for a wide street, a square, etc.)

In this changeset, you added the name "Павилион", while earlier I added the tag noname=yes because I didn't see a name sign. Are you sure that "Павилион" is the name of this place, and not just a description of it? (see also osm.wiki/Names#Names_are_not_for_descriptions )
