A new imported road, not existing anymore. There is are buildings now. Please compare Bing and Maxar to the older Mapbox layer. Imo there is a massive import going on in Tanzania, but there is no plan present for maintaining the data. Google or Here can simply replace their map when a new imagery or a more sophisticated AI is available. But what will you do?

Still better then nothing. I think that a new import won't fix the problem. There are not many perfect aligned boundaries in OSM. You cannot demand to delete them all.

I have started to merge the district borders with existing features like rivers and streams. The existing province borders are much less detailed. Even the country borders are sometimes very rough drawn. I would suggest to work on the districts first. Then to rebuild the provinces. After that we can decide what to do with the existing country borders.

Borders following rivers and streams can be quite variable, especially in the lowlands towards the sea. Can we assume that this is still state-of-the-art?
Please note the islands in the delta of the Rio Púnguè and the course of the Rio Púnguè. How should we handle this?

I think the main obstacle is the licence. I will not tell anybody because there is a desperate need for administrative boundary data in Africa :). But it would be ideal if the data can be released under the odbl licence.

Einen gewissen Versatz haben alle Hindergrundbilder. Das ist normalerweise aber kein Problem. Die Karte funktioniert auch ohne amtliche Genauigkeit. Es wird empfohlen den Hintergrund an die bestehenden Daten anzupassen. Das kann aber bei sehr gebirgigen Regionen schnell lästig werden.

Maxar scheint eine recht gute Draufsicht zu bieten. Ich habe mal versucht die Fläche des Firmengeländes zu erraten.

Du hast dich bei der Lagekorrektur auch am Schattenwurf orientiert. Dadurch wurden einige Winkel etwas verzogen.
