Well, I think I've changed my mind and I can help. I don't think it'll be a lively community with anything to do. If it's half-dead I'll be happy. But there should be an easy default place to go to raise a question regarding Estonia in OSM.

And now I'm already regretting not having an Estonian OSM community. There is currently a project being done on adding parking lots in Tallinn by students of Estonian Academy Of Arts. I've contacted the teacher and asked if he could describe it somewhere so that everyone would understand what's going on and the question is where... I've proposed wiki, old forum or the mailing list, but obviously the new community would be better.

BTW, Zverik, he mentioned that he maybe would like if someone from the community would come to talk in person or over Zoom about OSM to students and I've recommended him to contact you. I hope you don't mind.

Hi, Tabivere lasteaed currently has 2 amenities - one on the building and one on the territory. I think the amenity=childcare on the building can be removed and the website transferred to the territory, because currently territory is an another kindergarten without a website. The name duplicate can stay on the building since it has the address. What do you think?

I always thought that access=customer is more for restaurants and such where every customer may park. But places requiring more permanent permit like residencies and commercial buildings' parking for workers should be private.

I think it's ok as long as we are not changing our way of mapping back-forth. You don't change paths to cycleways and I don't change cycleways to paths (unless there are also some serious tag changes). Even if you don't trust the wiki it's important to understand that de facto many cycling infrastructure mappers prefer paths. Just please don't use footways and bicycle=designated, this is a rare combination :)

For me it's important that CyclOSM, cycle map, Komoot, Strava, etc. can render it correctly and brouter, OrganicMaps, Komoot can route bicycles. And they need bicycle=designated for that.

micromappers like tshikaboom and Apirnus. Always somewhere at the top of contributors are waterproof_19m and jemm. Someone named Pikse comes to mind too.

Thanks for your contribution! But there is a problem here - single parking spaces should be added by road markings, not by cars which you see on aerial photos. Cars may park differently on a different day and here you can even see that they block each other.

Can I ask you what's going on? So many new people suddenly map parking spaces. Is that a school assignment or something?

It will remain, but right now it's not. As for the other areas keep in mind that amenity=school is not only about landuse. These schools already had amenity=school on the building or a as a node and I had to remove them, because you've created duplicates.

I do prefer areas for amenity=school, but the existing amenity=school should be removed then.

Construction yard isn't a place where students study, don't they? ;)
