This section of road is 30 mph limited.

Kennylands Road is entirely 30 mph limited.

Is the location of the 30mph sign not identified, or inaccurately placed?
The location is 51.503108, -0.967782 ie about 100 m south of the junction of B481 and Kennylands Rd. Red/white road marking can be seen in satellite view. South of that point is de-restricted. North of that point is 30mph.

Stoke Row Stores is also an informal cafe.
