Coffee shop. Saturday mornings

Coffee and refreshments served by volunteers on Saturday mornings. Has been ongoing at least 9 months AFIK.
Who knows the correct way to add this as a part-time retail outlet?

The feature erroneously(?) tagged as "Dam" is actually a moveable (adjustable) device consisting of "three vertical steel sluice gates suspended from a footbridge." With the adjacent lock, they are collectively called "Richmond Lock and Weir" See http://www.pla.co.uk/About-Us/Richmond-Lock-and-Weir . When the tide rises to a certain level, the sluices are opened to allow river traffic to by-pass the lock.

Please identify this as Weir or show the millstream as boats=no.

The Bull on Bell Street, Pub, Smoking outside.

A public footpath exsts from here to near the northern tip of Tlebarn Close. ie where the other two paths diverge one going SW, he other going W then NW.
It can be confrmed on the Ordnance Survey view of Bing maps. (It was once the continuation of Paradise Road.)
