Comment was the following (just again for some reason JOSM did some stupidity):

Mapped a lot of forests, ponds and did some TIGER cleanup.
Btw, i did this by 1000 items per batch upload, so it might be the reason behind it.

Yup, that changeset was the one that broke everything

A kerítést ilyen szövetes cucc takarja, úgyhogy amiatt nem nagyon belátni, csak ahol éppen nyitva van, emiatt így csak becsülni tudom, de ha teljesen kész lesz az épület és a kerítés nem fog semmit takarni, pontosítom.

Btw, don't worry, this is a known issue in JOSM. it's already been reported by ZeLonewolf.

and not just that, i aligned the river relation so it matches NAIP imagery, so the river flow was aligned and also the forest, but JOSM decided to upload the wrong changeset comment.

Okay, this is gotta be weird, very weird, because in this changeset I added various waterbodies and I aligned the roads, hence the size of the changeset. JOSM is just playing stupid.
I also used Bing imagery for source(for looking at it), so i can compare stuff, but mostly traced from NAIP and Esri World imagery.

And i aligned a dam in West Virginia (Conner Run Dam) before you ask me

Think this through, wolfgang8741/Jon Brier sent a message to WVGISTC / WVU about this question. What can you say about this?
As far as I understood, they allow creating derivative products from it as far as it's not redistributed (so it doesn't get reshared to another server or like that) and they encourage it, just the imageries aren't taken by themselves but the counties.

I also tried to revert something, but my quota exceeded, and this is also caused a problem. So I tried to solve the issue myself, but I think i could not achieve it. Sorry for that again.
