Aus amenity=emergency_service hast du amenity=social_facility gemacht. Das ist derzeit der einzige THW Ortsverband, der als Sozialeinrichtung erfasst ist. Alle anderen sind als amenity=emergency_service bzw. emergency_service=technical erfasst.
Wieso hast du diese Änderung vorgenommen? Ist am THW Ortsverband Schleiden etwas anders als an den anderen?

ich habe an der Tankstelle alle Eigenschaften erhalten, da sie jeder Zeit wieder aufmachen könnte. Ich sehe keinen Grund, das amenity=fuel anders zu behandeln als fuel:diesel=yes. Im wiki wird für einen nicht mehr genutzten Parkplatz das hier als Beispiel angegeben:
disused:amenity=parking
disused:capacity=20
disused:=**
Ich halte es für sinnvoll, alle diese Eigenschaften zu erhalten, solange nichts davon dauerhaft demontiert/zerstört wurde.

Questions about the footpath:

-access="for passengers only": This is not a standard on OpenStreetMap. Values that should be used for access can be found here: access=*#List_of_possible_values. Who exactly is allowed to use this path? If the whole path is only allowed to be used by your customers, than access=customers would be fitting. Can you confirm this?
-On the satelite image it looks like a part of this path is on water. Is the imagery up to date or were there shortly some construstion works?

Question about the "Shelter":

-What is the purpose of this building? You mapped it as building=retail. Is there a shop inside or is it just a place where passengers can wait for the next boat to arrive?

Question about the "Office":

-Is this an office building? If yes, then building=office would probably better fit than building=industrial.

General questions about multiple objects:
-name="Otter Guy Dock & Drving Range", name="The Otter Guy Shelter" and name="Otter Guy Office": These names look suspicious. Are these names visible on the ground like on a sign or something? If yes, than this is totally fine. If there is nothing visible on the ground and this is just what you/your employees call the things, these names should not be mapped like this because then they are not objectivly verifiable by others.
-website=https://otterguy.com: You added it to the 2 buildings and to the comercial area. One information should only be in the database once. It would probably be the best to remove it from the buildings and keep it on the area. But besides this, the website https://otterguy.com is not working. Can you check what is going on there and maybe tell me the right website? Is it https://the-otter-guy.business.site/?
-What exactly is your business?
->Do you offer touristic round trips? If yes, is there a fixed route you use that could be mapped?
->Do you offer travels to other harbours/docks? If yes, to which ones? Maybe we can add the boat-paths in the water.

I hope I did not confuse you with all my questions. It looks like a wall of text but these are mainly just small things easy to fix, if fixing is even needed. If we help each other I am sure that we can improve the mapping of your business together :).
