New Sequoia building is not a tourism=apartment. It's just an ordinary mixed-use apartment building, not a vacation rental.

It looks like there's a north-south footway here along the west side of the building

Does this bridge still exist here? I vaguely remember seeing a gap where a bridge used to be.
