There's a new semi-permanent coffee kiosk installed in the plaza now at about this location.

This is not FedEx; it's an independent shop (almost certainly with it's own name), that handles fedex and dhl (and maybe others) packages.

Opening hours don't look correct any more; this place is always closed when I pass by it in the evenings.

Cafe Rio is/was not a Mexican restaurant. It has never been part of the brand it's been tagged as, which I don't think even operates in this area. Is it still open?
