Hi
The https://tools.geofabrik.de/osmi/?view=areas&lon=152.94037&lat=-27.54332&zoom=19 multipolygon cannot have outer role parts that share sides.
(the semicircular part is sharing sides at the end of the main building)
Easiest fix is to delete the overlapping or shared sections.

You could also map using building:parts which calls for the entire perimeter tagged as building=* and all the individual parts tagged as building:part
building:part=*

Hi, there were a few things to change in your edits which I have done.
The residential street has been retagged with correct tags instead of a business name and address.
the address tags have instead been added to the construction area and on a new node near the front of the property.
The names you added to various things have been removed as we only add the "name" tag to things that do carry a nane like the residential roadway name "Forest Knoll Avenue".

Hi, I have shifted the 108 from the name of your driveway to a separate address node near the house

Thanks mate….an impressive memory.

Hi cleary, I noticed what appears to be an access gate but tagging is unclear.

I suppose it is fine to occasionally check the name on the Landgate site but as it is a copyrighted source you should not routinely use the info provided to update osm unless they have provided explicit permission to do so. There is a list of sources that can be used in osm here
osm.wiki/Australian_Data_Sources and you may a suitable source there. I expect others have already tried to obtain permission from Landgate without success.
If you feel that I am mistaken and I may well be as I am not from WA, then I suggest you ask the osm community on our forum or mailing list.

Hi, the source you used is copyrighted and I don’t believe osm has a specific waiver to use this data.

I have remapped waterways here that were flowing upstream instead of downstream.

Hi, when mapping waterways, please map in the direction that the water is flowing, downhill toward the sea.

Hi, beaumaris should begin with a capital in osm

Hi, this appears to incorrectly numbered and/or incorrectly located on the street.

162068367

corrected to addr:suburb=Peats Ridge now

162069477

I’ll fix it as the tennis club name needs fixing too. Cheers.

162069477

Are you able correct it using your app or shall I do it?

Hi, you have location as Abbet Park….should it Abbett Park with double t instead?

162068367

Hi
you appear to have misspelt the suburb name
addr:suburb=PetesRidge should be Peats Ridge

Hi
Your edit to the address is not necessary as the state, postcode and suburb are already mapped by area.
Facebook does not use the osm address data

This informal path can be mapped in osm even if it is an informal way across grass or ground to link to other ways. You can use use the informal=yes tag
highway=path
You could also add a trail visibility tag.
There seems to be a high probability that some use this path to walk through.

There is no need to delete ways that are not accessible to you. Instead I have tagged as a no access service ways and mapped the gate.
