Hi, you had two 5A's
I changed this one to 5B and fiddled a bit with the tags and added the street using Esri imagery.

I realigned building, landuse, adjusted a couple of tags, and deleted the duplicate name from the landuse.
I left the name on the building as that was already there and I think in the correct form that osm uses now with the name followed by suburb. I also shifted the shop=mall tag to the building. Landuse is retail instead of commercial.
So should be all fixed now.

The landuse way is not a building so building=commercial and shop=mall should be deleted from it.

The tags on the building way seem ok.

All you have to decide is which one should carry the name.
