For example we already have a place named Thuruthipuram, so we should be adding the malayalam name with name:ml tag.

hi for normal junctions instead of motorway junctions, use junction=yes with name= tag.
Please fix other nodes and pass the message to others on the team.

motorway junction are for higher classification road exits, no need to add them at every small junctions
