Hi, to add names to junctions, you can add, junction=yes at the node and add name, motorway junction is usually used for highway exits for higher classification road

@amla96 main borders are mapped based on internationally accepted borders, not by a single country's claim. Please discuss these kind of chnages on relevant lists or groups before editing. And please don't break existing data like relations when editing.
