schau bitte mal nach deinen parking-Tags. Die Richtung wird im neuen Schema anders angegeben:
z.B.
parking:left=street_side
parking:left:orientation=perpendicular

Mit "daraus gewonnene Datei" meinst du eine geojson-Datei? Das funktioniert nicht. geojson sind keine originalen OSM-Daten mehr.

Wenn du OverpassTurbo verwendest, nimm das direkte Öffnen in JOSM:
Export -> "In einen OSM-Editor laden: JOSM"

Oder du kopierst die generierte Abfrage in den Download-Dialog in JOSM und lädst die Daten dort direkt herunter.

Sobald irgendein Objekt irgendein Tag mit "@" hat ist etwas faul und die Daten dürfen nicht hochgeladen werden.

Wie genau hast du die Daten in JOSM bekommen und was war die Overpass Abfrage?
Das Problem passiert regelmäßig verschiedenen Leuten. Immer wird nicht das alte Objekt editiert, sondern ein neues angelegt, das zudem ein @id Tag hat, mit der ID des alten Objekts.

"parking:both:permit" is not a defined tag according to the current street parking tagging scheme. Could you check the wiki for the correct ones?
