I noticed many tags in your edits that do not follow common tagging standards. These tags are rather useless, because software does not know them and they can not appear on any map. Please have a look in the wiki about common tags for e.g. buildings, or ask for help in the OSM forums.

Also, 'opening_hours' has a well defined syntax which is required that it can be understood by software.

Die Daten der Webseite darf man zur persönlichen Information nutzen, nur nicht weiterverteilen. U.u. lohnt sich ein Telefonat mit einem Verantwortlichen der Stadt, und zu erklären was man mit den Daten machen will - vielleicht ergibt sich ja dabei auch eine weitergehende Kooperation mit der Stadt, die von manchen Aspekten von OSM ja auch profitieren kann.
Ansonsten kann man sich ja bei nächster Gelegenheit einfach auf dem Hof umsehen - "offensichtliche" Dinge
darf man natürlich aus eigener Beobachtung eintragen.
Ansonsten würde ich am POI ein website=* Tag anbringen, dann hat der OSM-User direkt den Link zur Seite mit allen Informationen.

willkommen bei OSM. Bitte achte bei deinen Edits darauf, welche Objekte schon existieren. z.B. diese Schule ist schon lange eingetragen, und du hast sie noch zwei weitere Male eingetragen. Diese doppelten Einträge habe ich gerade wieder gelöscht.

Usually the key "alt_name" is used. Maybe you want to change this?
