It's usually sufficient to add
'payment:insurance=yes'

You could additionally list the insurance companies in 'insurance=ABC;DEF;XYZ'.

intermittent = yes # falls saisonal

Außerdem gibt es einige Tags die es sonst nirgends gibt, z.b.

source_of_water = groundwater # oder aquifer, falls bekannt

Das sieht mir sehr nach ungeprüften Hallizunationen von einer KI aus...
