du gibst hier als Quelle ein Buch an - hast du eine schriftliche Genehmigung, diese Daten in OSM zu übernehmen? Die Lizenz unter der Quellen stehen, muss mit der ODbL von OSM kompatibel sein.

you're right, upper case keys are rare. But looking at the statistics, we have e.g. 550 moped_A, but only 30 moped_a. In my opinion, the best way is to first adopt the more common scheme and in parallel start a discussion in the local community. Then we can do an automated retagging once there is an agreement on one tag.

Bei ":lanes" werden einfach die Eigenschaften aller Spuren aufgezählt, von links nach rechts, getrennt mit "|", Spuren ohne Eigenschaften bleiben leer.

you used the tags "moped_p" and "moped_a" in this changeset. These are not used very often - moped_P and moped_A are used more often. Could you adapt to this more common spelling of the keys?

Please stop adding new objects and sort out your spelling mistakes. Most of the data you added is completely useless because of spelling mistakes. It's likely we have to fully delete it because it would take days to clean everything up by hand.
