| 150815610 | You're not the first one doing this :-) There's no simple way to merge the copies of the objects again.
Whenever you have time to add the information to the proper objects, you need to load them directly from the API, e.g. in overpass-turbo using "Export to JOSM" or by directly entering the query into the download dialog in JOSM. You can also access your now deleted data by using the reverter plugin in JOSM to load the points from my changeset into a separate layer in JOSM (without uploading, obviously). |

I guess you downloaded a geojson file, loaded it in JOSM and edited & uploaded it again? This doesn't work, because JOSM can't edit the original object (it's missing the id of it). Instead it creates new duplicate objects. E.g. this POI:
Right now there are about 1200 duplicated POI that need to be reverted: Please let me know if you need help with that! Jan |
