das Tag "maxstay@Mi,Sa = 60" funktioniert so nicht, weil nicht per Software auswertbar.
Besser ist:
maxstay:conditional = 60 @ (We,Sa)
oder noch besser, mit Einschränkung auf den tatsächlichen Zeitraum, oder gilt das 24 Stunden?

:forward/:backward und :left/:right sind bei den wenigsten Tags explizit dokumentiert, machen aber generell bei allen Straßeneigenschaften Sinn.

Ob bei einem choker dieser Art ein traffic_calming:right oder traffic_calming:forward besser ist, weiß ich aber auch nicht. Hängt meiner Meinung nach davon ab, ob der Gegenverkehr auch betroffen ist weil man weit ausweichen muss (dann :right)

there is no need to translate tags like "tourism:fr = chambres d'hôte" - The translation is the same for all tourism = guest_house tags world-wide and can be done automatically by the software showing the data.

man_made:levels finde ich jetzt nicht so gelungen als neuen Tag - Stockwerke hat so eine Säule ja nicht.

Außerdem gibt es eher keinen Grund hier einen eigenen Namespace mit man_made: zu benutzen - auf was sollte sich height sonst beziehen?

What does '비수기' mean? Tags must be in English, otherwise they can not be understood by software. E.g. you could specify months instead.
Have a look to the description of the opening_hours key:
