Some thing went very wrong here. Instead of updating existing objects you uploaded ~ 50000 duplicates of objects.

Please make sure you always download data using the built-in functions of JOSM and don't load data from any external sources.

it seems like you're using tags like
wikimedia_commons_1
in many places.
If it's really necessary to add more than one tag, please use the common spelling with a colon: "XYZ:1", not an underscore.
Also, please check if you can link to a wikimedia commons category instead - that would be very helpful to not clutter OSM with too many links

2 lanes / 3 Einträge in :lanes ist völlig korrekt - bei lanes wird die Radspur ja nicht mitgezählt.
Bei den Richtungen würde ich die rechte Autospur auf slight_right;right ändern - da ist ja auch ein leicht gebogener Pfeil auf der Fahrbahn. destination:arrow dann natürlich ebenso.

Denn Rest vom CS habe ich mir nicht angesehen bisher.

Nebenbei, das access-Tag für Hunde ist "dog", nicht "dogs".

"landuse=trees" is used many thousand times in this way in many different places. I think that deleting all this data requires a discussion and agreement between mappers. Has there been any discussion on any of the common platforms? If not, I strongly recommend restoring all this information until a common consensus is found.
