Hi,
your tag was health_specialty:trauma=yes.
Using the scheme from this wiki page:
osm.wiki/Proposed_features/Healthcare_2.0/Specialties - no version of 'trauma' is listed there.
I looked at Taginfo and found 'trauma' not being used, but 'traumatology' used 4 times. So I decided to change your tag.

These are the tagging options currently in use:
healthcare:speciality = trauma (used 74 times)
health_specialty:emergency_medicine = yes (used 560 times)
health_specialty:traumatology = yes (used 5 times)

The first one is listed on a 'approved' page, the second is from a proposal.
I favor the second one because it is used often. Some people like this scheme more because it allows to tag several specialties with independent tags.
I used the third one when editing, because I didn't find the entry in the wiki.

Hi,
I noticed that you created many broken relations in your changesets.
If you want to add information like addr:street, make sure you add them to the building itself and do not create a relation for this.

Hi,
I saw the tag 'motor vehicle = oneway' and 'cycleway = opposite' on two cycleways.
I think what you mean is
highway=cycleway (allows bicycles in both ways, but disallows motor_vehicles)
motor_vehicle:forward = yes (allows motor_vehicles in one direction only)

Could you verify this?

could you check the tagging of way/452547380?
These tags are not in use in other places:
bicross surzur =bmx bicross
bmx =trinité surzur bmx
terrain la trinité surzur =terrain de BMX

This might be a good description of the object,
but is not usable in OSM - no software can understand
it. Please have a look to the wiki about common
tags that can be interpreted by maps and other users.

you used the tag 'amenity_former' - this tag was not in use before. You can check in the wiki for common life cycle tag prefixes:

This could be a good description of the object, but is not usable in OSM - no software can understand it, if no common and well-defined tags are used. Please let us know if you need some help.

Hi & welcome to OSM!

On several of the objects you added, I saw tags like "Justice Hall = yes" or "Nasugbu Auditorium/Evacuation Center = yes". These tags can not be understood by software and should be changed to something else.
E.g. if it is the name of the object, put it to osm.wiki/Tag:name=...
if it is a description of the object, use osm.wiki/Tag:description=...

And always keep in mind (you already did this right), to set the correct amenity, shop, ... tag, because this is is understood by software and can be rendered on the map.
