I would suggest to have two nodes, one for the parking, one for the rental. This doesn't represent that there is actually just one object, but:

The very long keys like "service:bicycle:rental:opening_hours" are very unlikely to be supported in most software. By splitting into two nodes you can use the "normal" "opening_hours" tag that is widely supported.

Unfortunately this would miss discussions and "documentation" that is only in the mailing lists or forums - many people just don't use the Wiki.

you added the tag "VMI=yes" to these buildings. This is not a common to mark that these buildings belong to one group. I guess you're looking for a tag like "operator=VMI".

Also: if this is imported data, the source has to be clearly stated - "Bing" is most likely not correct.

you used tags like "FR:TRANSDOME:CODE_ARRET" here. These are new and not used in other places yet.
In any case reference numbers like these should be in a "ref" tag, e.g. "ref:FR:TRANSDOME:CODE_ARRET".

I saw that you added several opening hours with tags like "opening_hours_PKO_1". Please note that tags like these are not usable for any software. The tag has to be "osm.wiki/Tag:opening_hours=..." And the syntax of the times has to follow the scheme described in the wiki. Would you mind checking the values you added for this?

For this node the right tag is
opening_hours = Mo-Fr 08:30-15:00; Sa 09:00-12:00
