osm.wiki/Proposed_features/temporary_(conditional)

Or you could add it to the opening_hours key, e.g. as "2018 Jan 01 - 2018 Jun 25 off"

I found nodes like this one where you added two traffic signs on one node:

Unfortunately, this doesn't work - almost no software is able to understand tags with a ':2' added and this scheme is also not well-defined (albeit in use in few places like names). You have to add two nodes, one for each sign. If the signs are mounted to the same post, the signs might even be in exactly the same position.

Please don't use tags to add private markers. Keep in mind that there are thousands of copies of the OSM database worldwide, and nobody besides you can make any use of these tags.
