If several buildings share a housenumber, you can add the same "addr:housenumber" to all of them.
If these buildings are all within one area, like an amenity=school area, you can add the address on this area instead of the buildings themselves.

You can use addr:unit = 1-13;20-28 (list separated with ';'. Please note that this should not be done for addr:housenumber (here you need to add a new node for every house number).

But in the case of many units in one building that are not mapped as individual nodes combining several units in one tag should not be a problem.

Using Taginfo I generate a list of keys which newly appear in the database - in most cases it's reporting simple spelling mistakes.

- there is no need to add coordinates to the tags, the node itself is already placed at this position.

- this should be part of the address, here: addr:city=Bagamoyo

time=24 hrs
- this should be "opening_hours". See the Wiki for the correct syntax of the values.

Could you have a look and change these POIs accordingly?

The simpler "step:height" is already used 500 times by 40 users. Could you think about using the same tag here?

In general, only tags that are described in the wiki or are available in the menues in the editor should be used.

I saw tags like "addr:unit_7" on the buildings here. Adding the same tag several times with numbers '_7' is not really common and not supported by most software. I suggest to consider using a single tag and a range of numbers instead, like
addr:unit = 51 - 58
