welcome to OSM!

Please keep in mind that the correct spelling of tags is very important in OSM - otherwise software can not understand the meaning. E.g. this way:
way/505828897
There must be no capital letters ("Yes", "Wheelchair", "Width"). Numbers have to be given with a dot instead of comma (2.20, not 2,20).
And a "highway = footway" tag is missing to indicate what this way represents.

Ich weiß es nicht, aber ich fürchte, dass telesearch da durchaus eine Klausel in den Nutzungsbedingungen hat, die nur die persönliche Nutzung erlaubt, aber nicht die kommerzielle Weitergabe. (OSM selbst ist zwar nicht kommerziell, aber die Daten dürfen dann auch für kommerzielle Zwecke benutzt werden)

Einen Teil der Informationen kann man sicher zusammentragen mit Hilfe von lokalen Mappern, aber sonst ist es schwierig.

Could you mention this specifically in the changeset comment / source tag? Just so that nobody else gets confused or thinks cc-by is sufficient.

du gibst bei deinen Ergänzungen von Hofläden verschiedene Webseiten als Quelle an. Ich habe mehrere davon überprüft und auf keiner einen Hinweis gefunden, dass die Daten frei verwendet werden dürfen. In OSM dürfen nur Daten eingetragen werden, deren Lizenz kompatibel ist mit der ODbLizenz. D.h. man bräuchte von den jeweiligen Seitenbetreibern eine schriftliche Genehmigung, deren Daten weiter zu nutzen.

And, please don't invent new keys like the two mentioned above.

The term "bike" is not used in OSM because it is ambiguous - it could be motorcycle of bicycle. i suggest to follow the existing tagging scheme of "motorcycle_friendly" and use "bicycle_friendly".

Apart from that, if you add data from an external source, you have to make sure its license is compatible with ODbL and state the source in the changeset comment.

the key "bike_friend" has not been used anywhere in OSM so far. I guess you mean "motorcycle_friendly" - osm.wiki/Key%3Amotorcycle_friendly

Hi,
I understand that it is important to collect information about emergency plans. But I don't think it helps to add hundreds of nodes without any meaningful tag. This data is just in the database, but no tool will be able to find these nodes or display them in any meaningful way.

Hi,
sure you can add the name in any language. You have to find the 3-letter code of the language (wikipedia is very helpful) and add it to the name key.
If it's not a language, but just a different name, you can use e.g. old_name or loc_name keys.

please watch out for the spelling of tags. I just fixed several:
addr:sity -> addr:city,
nameaddr:housenumber -> addr:housenumber
