"ref:KW:PACI" sounds like exactly the right tag. I wouldn't put it in the addr:* Tags, unless it is used to send mail to the building.

you added some 'ref:gr:mm' tags here. Could you change that to 'ref:GR:mm'? Country codes usally use capital letters.

A tag doesn't magically change its meaning just because of calling it "prefix" in front of a "key" instead of "key" with a "subkey".
"disabled:XX" is and stays an access tag for disabled vehicles or a property thereof. It can never be a lifecycle prefix because that would lead to lots of ambiguities.

'disabled' refers to handicapped people and vehicles for them.
If the lights are off, but not used any more, the correct prefix would be 'disused'.

Bis jetzt gibt es kein wirklich etabliertes Tagging - wir haben einfach noch keinen Weg eine Abhängigkeit von dem Fahrzeug das überholt wird anzugeben.

Auch ohne Gebäude hat das Gelände noch eine Anschrift. Der Baustofflieferant sollte auch in der Lage sein, die Adresse in sein Navi eingeben zu können.

Übrigens gibt es "preposed" nicht (deswegen habe ich das Objekt gefunden) und müsste "proposed" heißen.

I see that you're correcting name tags here - please wait a few days. It's likely that there will be a larger revert of these changes which is easier if the nodes are not touched again.

During the times not listed the normal access tag takes over. Currently it will be 'private' during every night.

You just use the access tag you would normally use, and add the time it applies after the '@'.

And have a look for the spelling: "conditional" with a single 'n'.
