I just corrected the obvious spelling mistake in the key.
'number_of_apartments' is already used 1800 times, so I consider it a valid tag. I don't know if there are cases where someone distinguished between number of rooms and number of apartments on a single object.

if you want to tag names in foreign languages: The language has to be given as ISO-639 code, e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cree_language has the code 'cr' and Innu has 'moe'.

Hi,
you imported a lot of points with elevation data in this changeset.
Please note that the tagging is wrong and because of that these points can not be used in OSM. Elevations are tagged using the 'ele' key. Sources should be given in the changeset source tag, but not individually on each of the hundreds of points. Additionally, the source you state doesn't show any information on the data you imported.

If this information is important, I suggest to use common tags that can be parsed by existing software.
Btw, I don't see a connection to hotosm project 2525 you mention in the changeset comment. Has this import of data been discussed on the appropriate mailing list? Is this data really 'open'? The website you mention explicitly states "License not specified".
