Oh, you're right.
To me this looked like the typical mistake when autocompletion failed. On the same POIs you used heritage:* as well, so this made it rather plausible. "heritage:operator" and "heritage:inscription_date" formed a nice group of tags and made a lot of sense.

If I had designed the tagging scheme, I would have used heritage:inscription_date or inscription_date:he. This fits better the normal use of subkeys: "It's an inscription date, namely the one by he".

The key you used doesn't fit well into the usual tagging schemes.
What is used quite often are keys like
is_in:township or
is_in:ward

I didn't find some established tagging of village tracts right now. So, I would suggest for your purpose:
is_in:tract or
is_in:villagetract

Note that there is no space in the key.

vorher stammen diese Namen? Informationen aus anderen Karten dürfen in der Regel nicht verwendet werden (Lizenzen!)

Außerdem stimmt das Tagging so nicht: Ein Knoten nur mit einem "name"-Tag beschreibt nicht, um was es sich handelt.
