| 144624928 | Hi, After your change, the values of lanes=3 + turn:lanes=through|through are inconsistent. Which one is correct?
? |
| 144833429 | It is generally agreed upon in the community that OpenStreetMap is a project where we map the ground truth: "map the world as it can be observed by someone physically there"
We want things to be verifiable on the ground. "others can go there and see for themselves if your data is correct" Should your project once turn into construction work, you can map it as railway under construction (because then someone else can go there and see that a railway is being constructed there). Before that, it is not something real. It is a common mistake of beginners to map historical features or fictional future features (often things we wish would be there, but aren't). |

| 144833429 | Hi,
We don't map things that don't exist (yet). |
| 145088147 | Hi, I hope you're enjoying your trip! Just a reminder that it's good practice to keep changesets small or otherwise take extra care to give them names that also others can understand. Happy cycling! |
| 136725644 | Thanks for the reply. I don't know which date this implies, so I'm leaving the building on the map. |
| 142536820 | Hi, When you change the highway type from track to pedestrian, you can remove foot=designated, as this is implied. |
| 144625411 | Hi, We do not map things that don't exist (yet). Also, the tagging is wrong: "yes" is not a landuse type and "rekonstrukcija nadvoza" is not a name but a description. You can find more information in the wiki. I'm reverting this. |
| 136725644 | Hi, some of the buildings you've mapped don't show up on the 2022 Ljubljana orthophoto. What is the date of the imagery that you've used? |
| 144016060 | Hi,
Cheers |
| 142475700 | Hi,
In OSM, we do not map separate traffic lanes if they are not physically separated. Likewise, we do not map foot and cycle tracks separately, if there is not physical separation.
Check out the wiki for more information: osm.wiki/Bicycle#Cycle_features Cheers |

| 141250266 | Hi, Thanks for quality review and flagging this. It has no meaning, it's just a mistake. I've corrected it to bridge=yes. Happy mapping. |
| 142382450 | Hi, Welcome to Openstreetmap! Thanks for adding the bus stops. It seems you accidentally used a wrong tag. They should be highway=bus_stop, not amenity=bus_station. bus_station would be for a larger area with several bus_stop (see OSM wiki amenity=bus%20station) Don't worry, transport mapping is quite complex in OSM, so it's natural not to get these things right on the first time. :-) Happy mapping! |

| 138529791 | Hi,
| 142537201 | The results of the forum poll suggests your tagging is much more popular. However, I'm going to remove the now redundant foot=designated (it's implied on highway=footway) |
| 142607931 | Hello, Thank for your comment. 1) May I ask what is your function is OSM and who is "we"? 2) On the issue at hand: What is the best and easiest way to cleanly repair the large-scale mapping of non-existing features done by the reverted changesets? |
| 142526281 | Hi, Just a question. I've noticed you started adding neighbourhoods and districts in Ljubljana. Do you have a source for the exact extend or are these just rough outlines based on your local knowledge? |
| 142582698 | Excuse me. I just tried to revert my own revert, but it failed because the tram line contained nodes of previous changeset that I had to revert. I'm afraid you'll have to map again the sections where visible remains still exist. Really sorry for that. I hope you keep up you enthusiasm and continue mapping (existing things). |
| 142537201 | Hi, Could you explain what exactly has been "fixed"? I had tagged sections of PST like way/32071700 as highway=track because they are wide enough for emergency vehicles. This information is lost after the change to highway=footway But I'm not sure about the correct tagging, so I've created a thread in the forum: https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/whats-the-correct-tagging-for-footways-outside-urban-buildup-that-are-wide-enough-for-emergency-vehicles/104921 |
| 142582698 | Hi, Thing that don't exists anymore should not be mapped on OSM. See railway=abandoned For things that existed in the past, openhistorical map is the right place. I'm reverting this edit. |
| 139661225 | I'm removing the unclear closed=yes tag as there has been no response. |
