Czy to nie to samo co to: node/4479452278 ?

Not for all objects the data was already in the [old_name:de], for majority of them you added it, so where does this data come from? Arcanum maps? What is the license of the data there?

There are no German names for Polish suburbs. These are historical names and we cannot add historical names here in the name:de tag. They can be added in the old_name:de. Big cities or some popular tourism attractions do have German names - so the big German cities have Polish names.
You are new to OSM so please read osm.wiki/Good_practice#Don't_map_historic_events_and_historic_features and osm.wiki/Verifiability and add historical names to osm.wiki/Open_Historical_Map

I meant not about where these names would be visible [name:de], but from where you got this data. You wrote "Vgl. Orte in der umgebung" which I understood as "See places in the area". Which places?
BTW please use Polish or English in the changeset comments when you edit Poland.

Wrocław suburbs have no German names. Maybe they had before 1945. And if so, old_name:de is the right tag.

Could you write exactly where these names are visible?

You are not the first person that adds these names. As you can see, for example, here node/1601122872/history these names have been removed many times.

Proszę prawidłowo opisywać zestaw zmian albo nie łączyć kilku różnych edycji pod jednym komentarzem.
- way/101191371 - jeszcze niedawno przed dworcem była tabliczka z napisem "Dworzec Kolejowy Wrocław Mikołajów". Została zmieniona czy te dane wziąłeś z portalpasazera.pl? Pierwszeństwo mają nazwy takie jak występują w terenie, na tabliczkach.
- way/316560357 - ta ścieżka już nie istnieje? Powinno to być opatrzone komentarzem lub źródłem. Może jej nie widać na zdjęciach lotniczych bo może zarosła.

Dlaczego zmieniłeś tagi tutaj way/1136789820 ? To nie jest nazwa strumienia.
Poza tym moim zdaniem ta edycja jest do wycofania - przejazd tramwaju pod wiaduktem to nie jest tunel. Torowiska i drogi pod wiaduktami to nie tunele.
Oraz nie dajemy "layer=-1" do [area:highway].
Oraz czy portalpasazera.pl ma dane na wolnej licencji?
