You changed area around from construction, but didn't retag building - it was building=construction. I fixed that.
But I'm not sure about road on the south - is it still under construction?

I would be very surprised if only one was changed. Will remove notes from the stops now.

I noticed that you've be splitting this street in smaller segments for the purpose of adding turn restrictions in multiple places.
It seems like while doing so new segments are not included in bike paths (EV10 in this case). I don't know what could cause this, maybe large size of the relation?
Anyway, I re-added all missing segments, so nothing from your side, just an FYI)

Both stops have notes on them saying `Rigassatiksme's site says that this stop is called "Anniņmuižas Jaunā pamatskola", but sigh still says "Anniņmuižas vidusskola"`

Was the name changed on the bus stop signs?
If so, notes should have been removed. If not - renaming shouldn't have been happened.

Also, as an aside, just putting a word "исправление" into comment is not particularly useful to anyone, and effectively is same as an empty message

After discussion in OSM's chat, and since your approach seems to be the best what is currently possible with existing tooling, I would like to retract my request of you stopping: please proceed with creation of route=road at will.

Don't know about Potlatch, never seen it even in screenshots.
But iD is definitely superior to JOSM for casual stuff - you just start editing, no need to download something, sync something, etc.
And IT people are famously lazy))

That's exactly what I meant: iD is enough for what I usually do (and even more for what I understand how to do).
JOSM has quite a learning curve, so much so that on my first attempt I capitulated in just 15 minutes. So I'm not sure if learning how to use it worth it for me, at this time.
Also, with great power comes great responsibility, and all of that =) Not sure on that part too.

So, as I understand, you are trying to work around the limitation of wikipedia's map plugin by creating relations in OSM. This is a wrong path.
Please create route=road only where it is really necessary.

And if you still really want to have full outline of the street, you might go GeoJSON route. Extraction of GeoJSON for embedding in wikipedia can be done with tools like https://overpass-turbo.eu

Why are you creating all these relations?
Tag description for `route=road` says that "Most urban streets and minor roads which are identified only by a `name=*` tag do not belong to a relation.": route=road

Why did you tag entrance to the depo as `motor_vehicle=no`?
It has 523. sign, which as far as I understand means that cars can enter there, just not allowed to stop. Or do I misunderstand meaning of that sign?
