les relations ne sont pas des catégories.

Et d'ailleurs la relation ne forme pas une route fermée, ce sont chacun des 3 itinéraires séparément qui sont un itinéraire fermé
Si ces 3 relations ont le même opérateurs, il suffit de mettre l'attribut opérateur sur les 3 relations ou un attribut network.
par ailleurs le site web n'a pas l'air d'être le site web de ces pistes mais un outil de visualisation de toute les pistes
Il n'y a d'ailleurs pas moyen de sélectionné cet itinéraire sur le site, le moteur de recherche ne les trouve pas non plus.
c'est pourquoi il me semble que cette url n'est pas pertinente pour décrire spécifiquement ces pistes.

quand l'opendata dit qu'il y a 8 prises, ce n'est évidement pas 8 prises par borne
dans ce cas là la bonne solution est de faire un objet pour la station et corriger le tag pour les bornes en man_made=charge_point
