No, I don't have an answer. In larger places the landuse=residential perimeter does not cover the whole place, there might be commercial areas and others belonging to the place as well. Here it is definitely better to put the information in a node. So it might be an option to put the information of all places on a node rather than a perimeter.

That might be a way to tag hamlets or villages. Others prefer to put the information into a node centered in the village and not into the landuse-tag. I think both ways are equal. But it should not be tagged both a node and a landuse with the same information.

I just added the website of this campsite where all information can be found.
Maybe it should be discussed how those small campsites can be tagged better as there are many more throughout Denmark.

Hi, I found this campsite during research for a bicycle trip in 2014 on www.udinaturen.dk.
I wasn't able to call the owner and when I arrived there he was absent. The description on the website mentioned above says the small campsite is at the backyard of a private house. As it still can be found on the website I do think it exists.

Following your argumentation I will reclassify that road to tertiary till Ulslev. The last part until Strandvejen should be unclassified as it is narrow and not connecting villages.

Thanks for that comment. To my knowledge Østersøvej narrows after the junction with Kirkevej and does not have a centerline anymore. So it does not differ from the other small "unclassified" roads in the area. Thats why I downgraded that section.
If you don't follow this please feel free to reclassify to tertiary.
