The phone was already there, under phone=*. Both are in common use. If you prefer contact:phone for some reason, better remove the phone value to avoid duplicating data

You're missing the amenity=social_facility and social_facility=group_home (I guess) tag for this place. It won't be use by most maps without them. Also: is this just a home for elderly people? Because then it would be social_facility:for=senior instead of disabled.

Ik weet niet goed wat je op deze site probeerde te bereiken, maar je hebt enorm veel overbodige tags toegevoegd op heel veel objecten. Ik heb hier een en ander vereenvoudigd: changeset/172065005
Bijvoorbeeld zat de info over de site als geheel op bijna alle objecten erbinnen. Hierdoor zat je met enorm vaal amenities, en ook gekke dingen als type=multipolygon op gewone lijnen. Je had ook building:part gebruikt om namen toe te kennen, wat niet de bedoeling is. Ik heb enkel ref overgehouden voor die info.

While it makes perfect sense to map this on an area outline instead of on a building, please make sure not to create duplicate amenities this way. And move relevant info as much as possible from the details within the site to the outline of the site. I'll adapt it now.

I do think the building:part logic was correct, the only thing I had an issue with was that the outer building also had the shop=mall tag (and that should only be applied if there is an indoor hallway between the shops)

Aangezien way/384760972 volgens je tags uit maar één bouwlaag bestaat, lijkt parking=multi-storey me hier niet correct. Ik zou het zelf eerder gewoon als building=garages mappen, die dan wat groot is uitgevallen

Het Gasthuis is gewoon een gemeenschapscentrum, dat mappen we met amenity=community_centre + community_centre=cultural_centre. Een site relation is enkel nodig als de elementen verspreid staan in een gebied dat niet met een polygoon of multipolygoon te vatten is. Bovendien word "services" gebruikt voor snelwegparkings. Ik heb een en ander aangepast.
