Dit tag is overbodig als je al weet dat het niet verlicht is. Maar een routeplanner of een kaartenmaker kan niet weten of een straat verlicht is op basis van een gokje (zeker niet in België waar we de gekste zaken verlichten). https://trailrouter.com/ bijvoorbeeld heeft een optie om onverlichte straten te vermijden (wat voor joggers of mensen die zich niet veilig voelen heel handig is)

Sorry, mijn changeset comments zijn altijd nogal droog. Ik bedoel er geen toon mee te zetten.
Het is op zich natuurlijk correct, maar mocht je de vorm van de hele site nog kennen, dan is alle tags op een outline wel waardevol.

In tegendeel, amenities slaan op het hele stuk land dat beheerd wordt door de amenity (waar mogelijk). Zie het schema op amenity=hospital
In Nederland merk ik wel een voorkeur om deze op punten te mappen (heeft wellicht iets met BAG-logica te maken).

Anyway, if you spot little chapels and so on, it helps me a lot if you can tags like historic=wayside_shrine to be able to ignore tiny "places of worship"

The police amenity should only be mapped once; since it already existed as a node node/4455169220 the buildings should not have been tagged. It looks very much like the entire site is operated by the police, so I'll draw a polygon outlining it and put the info from the node there
