Oops, sorry about the address mixup. Should be back to how you left it. I also added the Ash Springs Apartments.

Strava uses Mapbox which can take upwards of a month to update certain objects.

Are you sure these objects are meadows? Meadows are defined, in OSM, as a field which is used for the grazing of livestock.
Changing the tags on objects to some incorrect tag just so they render nicely on OSM Carto is highly discouraged. Please see osm.wiki/Tagging_for_the_renderer for more details.
