Next week on April 18 @hackergarage Guadalajara will host its first Geo Meetup that focuses on OpenStreetMap. MapBox crew has been doing serious tracing work for Guadalajara, Mexico, and now we are excited to have an opportunity to work locally and provide crucial elements like street names.

It’s great to see this kind of meetings in mexico… I hadn’t seen one being organized before. Too bad I won’t be able to attend… I don’t have any more sick days at work :P

You are from Monterrey I guess from your last edits =). Maybe organize one there :P. How’s Monterrey’s map on OSM? Guadalajara definitely needs some love.
